This charming hotel offers diverse activities such as renting boats and bikes, fishing gear, enjoying the pool, and the Wild Delta trip. the staff strives to please the customers, with spacious and modern rooms, exquisite mini bar products, and reliable room service. While breakfast is fulfilling, the restaurant's cuisine is not entirely authentic. the hotel's location offers efficient transfer from Tulcea, on the regular ferry, and a nice pontoon on Sulina canal.

One point of improvement could be the communication level of some of the staff members, especially the boat skippers during Romanian tours.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, with a great view of the surrounding area. the staff were also very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. the hotel restaurant had a good variety of food options and the breakfast was especially great. Plus, the hotel was located in a peaceful area with plenty of activities to do nearby.

Although the hotel bikes were available for rent, they were in poor condition and didn't function properly. the cleaning of the bathroom could have been better, as there were still droplets on the toilet seat despite the disinfectant paper band.

The resort was a great choice for our stay in Crisan. The beautiful design and nature-oriented feel of the hotel added to the overall experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice view from the terrace. The breakfast and lunch by the pool were enjoyable, especially the local fish specialties. The hotel also organized small trips to the Delta channels and the Black Sea, which were a highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Crisan.

During my Easter trip, I had a good time staying at a resort in the Danube Delta. The natural surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, which allowed me to take long walks and observe various birds. , the food served during breakfast and dinner was decent enough. the staff was friendly and willing to help whenever I had any queries. It was a quiet place, which I enjoyed since I could hear the sounds of nature and relax.

The resort was quite expensive, considering the lack of amenities. I expected better facilities compared to what I got for the price paid.

the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were immaculate. the garden area and poolside snack bar catered to our leisurely needs and the packed lunches for our excursions were delicious. the restaurant served outstanding meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink. the private facilities in our room were exceptional, providing us with the utmost comfort and convenience.

The only minor issue we encountered at this venue was the lack of established trips for the sunset and sunrise. the hotel provided us with a plethora of other activities such as boat rentals, bicycle rentals, and organized excursions in the Danube Delta.
